quote on keeping bourbon underneath the backseat of my truck.

you never know, where you'll be, and you just might need a drink to make the moment a little more magical. I was discussing the fact with some after I chanced upon a surprise firework show, out on the frozen lake. It was an amazing show, and I was able to enjoy it with a drink. With my hidden bottle of truck bourbon.

Were you a boy scout growing up? I understand their motto is: "Be Prepared."

P.S., never heard that bean tip before, maybe cuz I don't eat chili?

I was an air cadet... If that counts? What if its vegetarian chili? I make a good vegetarian chili, same principal there's still beans in it.

It's the onions I never liked in chili and no one around here made chili without onions when I was growing up, so I never ate it as a child or subsequently craved it as an adult. Maybe I should give it a go without the onions.

First off, I don't think you can. Also if you have never liked chili, I would just say there is no point in wasting the meat. Make something you like instead.
