How long were you stuck in your beloved truck? I hope you had more than bourbon to keep you company. I would die of boredom before the cold could get me, if I didn't have a book to read, or a podcast to listen to.
That truck isn't 4WD? Or was it just that bad a storm? Last storm I was stuck in took 29 hours total...at least you had human company and TWO dogs. I had to settle for my ham radio and one dog who preferred his own bed in the back over snuggling with me - and I was afraid to bring out the bourbon since the State Troopers were patrolling to make sure we were all still alive! Hmmmmm, thought I'd posted about it, that'll be next!

Oh just a couple hours, my uncle was there too, I was picking him up from the airport, I also had a couple of books, and a magazine, and 2 dogs

Oh it has 4x, you just couldn't see anything. I've been in a storm that bad before, coldest pee of my life. Had to wait for the rcmp to come get me.
